The Best Surfing Camp on Folly Beach!

What better way for your kids to spend summer than surfing all day on Folly Beach? Warm weather, warm water, and perfect waves for kids to learn and progress their surfing. Folly Beach has all the ingredients for the best week(s) of summer. We offer 12 weeks of camp each summer. Camp runs Monday to Friday from 9am to 1pm. We place a huge emphasis on safety which is why we limit each camp to 12 campers and have one trained lifeguard surf instructor for every 3 campers. We have witnessed large summer camps on the east coast and around the world where these safety precautions have not been in place and it looks incredibly dangerous. We want all of our campers to have fun and to learn in a safe environment.

We operate our camps out of our 3rd West Street location on Folly Beach. This stretch of the beach has a great sandbar most years that breaks through all tides and offers the kids a really nice environment to learn and progress. Summer time in Charleston can produce our most beautiful waves. Usually glassy in the mornings with waves around thigh high. It doesn’t get any better than that for our campers or adult lessons. It’s truly the best playground. We are currently accepting registrations for our camps. Slots fill up quickly do to the small nature of our weekly program so be sure to register before we fill up.
