We're very excited to announce our new location at 3W for the next 5 years!

We have been in business since August of 2015 and during that time have moved locations twice. We initially started out at 15E for the first 3 months we were in business. Those were lonely days with an umbrella and a few boards! For the 2016 and 2017 season we won a franchise contract with The City of Folly Beach and were awarded 5W Street. This was a huge step up for us in terms of visibility, parking, and a better wave for beginners and intermediates; however, it was still far from ideal. This winter we won a 5 year contract with the city and we were awarded the coveted 3W location for the entirety of our contract!

What does this mean? This is huge for us as a business and for our customers. We now have a large parking lot, rest rooms, showers, wheel chair access via ramps, a better sand bar, and now easy walking distance to the pier and Center Street. This will make our lives much easier in terms of setting up, breaking down, cleaning equipment, and just in general. This is mainly a huge win for our customers though. Post surf showers, rest rooms, plenty of parking, and easy walking distance to bars and restaurants. This means you can surf, get clean, and check out the rest of Folly on foot. No more searching for multiple parking spots in one day! We are beyond excited and cannot wait to use the new facilities and surf the better sand bar in the coming weeks.
